Atlantis - Many ancient earth civilizations spoke of an advanced society that existed 11,000 years ago. The inhabitants of this land possessed great wealth, an abundance of natural resources, and cultured sciences. This was the island of Atlantis.

The only written accounts we have of Atlantis were taken from two of Plato’s manuscripts, Timaeus and Critias. These dialogues are the only known records mentioning such a place. Many believe this tale to be a story of mere fiction, an imaginary account made to illustrate an argument. Others say it was a story inspired by the catastrophic events that might have destroyed the Minoan civilization on the islands of Crete and Thera. Some say that this is the actual description of an ancient and long lost civilization.

On June 20, 1977 broadcasters around the world aired a show that outlined the sinister plot. This is the philosophy presented in the program: Extreme heat, such as that which is now inevitable, will melt land glaciers. That will result in a marked rise in sea level and then there'll be the start of the extensive flooding - with London and New York among the first cities to be affected. Top scientists did assemble to review the available options. They came up with 3 outrageous options.

Alternate 1 - Elimination of a huge portion of the world population.
Alternate 2 - Build huge underground bunkers to house the elite.
Alternate 3 – To build a “Noah’s Ark” and transfer a small part of the “elite” population to bases on Mars using the Moon as a “transfer station.”

The “Elite” allegedly close the last option, but ended up implementing all three.

Alien Autopsy - Since the clash of UFO's we have supposedly did autopsies on Aliens. The most recent and most controversial, is the "Santilli" autopsy with the accompanying tapes that have been showed on TV. Santilli claims that he purchased this tape from a retired military operative that helped film the historic event. The authenticity of the film has been questioned by some, and heralded as major "proof" that aliens exist by others. Skeptics say it’s a clever hoax, perhaps a deformed human, a saved monkey, a plastic dummy. Other experts say that operation (dissection) looked legitimate, and special effects gurus applaud the high quality of the visual tape. They say, it would have been a tall order, to create a fake of the Santilli magnitude. Some say it’s a government ploy of "disinformation." The debate rages on!

Update: Although this film is clearly a fake, it still had the world buzzing the word “Aliens.”

Admiral Byrd - Admiral Byrd was the pilot who flew over the South Pole and reported that he found an entrance to an inner Earth. The flight was commissioned by J. Edgar Hoover, around 1947. Bird said his journey was "the most important expedition in the history of the world. Byrd described the land as "that enchanted continent.” Is the Earth hollow? Does our planet have an Inner-Sun? Are the caverns beneath our Earth's surface inhabited by intelligent non-humans? It's a geological mystery.

Area 51 - In the outskirts of the Nevada desert lies the mysterious military installation known as area 51. It is alleged that on this "non-existent" site, a clandestine US organization is secretly hiding several crashed "alien crafts." At least one is said to be operational. Also it is said that after an alleged UFO crash, three dead aliens were frozen in storage at this location. The US government denies any of this, while video footage and "top secret" government interviews of ageing 51 workers say otherwise. Visitors/sightseers are often escorted away from the area by gun point. The Area 51 story took hold, after the Roswell clash of a UFO (documented in news reports) took place in the desert in 1947.

Update: Because of increased public interest, all alien artifacts have been relocated. The new storage/engineering facility remains unknown.
