Kinematics
- Definition: The branch of mechanics that studies
the motion of a body or a system of bodies without
consideration given to its mass or the forces
acting on it.
Kinematic science describes the motion of objects
using words, diagrams, numbers, graphs, and equations.
The goal of kinematic study is to develop detailed
and sophisticated models, which serve to describe
and explain the motion of real-world objects.
Kinematics gives the description for how something
is moving. For the actual causes of the motion
observing scientists use Kinetics.
